About the Company:
Join a highly regarded FMCG organisation known for its positive culture and commitment to excellence. They are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to become a valued member of their payroll team on a FTC.
About the Role:
Utilising your payroll knowledge, you will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple cycles accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with Superannuation, Tax calculations & payroll regulations
- Maintaining payroll Masterfile updates and processing adjustments
- Responding to payroll queries and liaising with key internal stakeholders
- Providing ad hoc reports & assisting with payroll audits as required
- Processing leave calculations, including maternity, annual, and personal leave
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with a large payroll system is desired
- Experience with NZ payroll would be beneficial but not essential
- 2+ year’s experience end to end payroll experience is required
- Ability to thrive pressure and work to tight deadlines independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
