We are seeking a Payroll Compliance Specialist to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processes across a complex organizational structure.

About the Role:

This role is focused on managing payroll compliance, governance, and accuracy while adhering to relevant legislation, company policies, and best practices. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify risks, improve processes, and ensure seamless payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Compliance: Ensure compliance with Awards, Agreements, and legislation, while managing governance frameworks and troubleshooting.
• Compliance Inbox: Address escalated payroll queries and third-party requirements efficiently.
• Governance & Reporting: Assist with journal entries, payroll GL reconciliations, pay run variance checks, and process reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years in a high-volume payroll environment
• Expertise with large payroll system
• Strong knowledge of complex leave calculations
• Proven ability to identify process improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a customer-focused approach.
