HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of the distribution and production companies based in Thorne as a Warehouse Operative/Packer.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working individually and as part of a team and have relevant experience working in a similar role.
You will be responsible for the packing of product at the end of production or the formulation of product from preassigned sheets depending on business needs.
General Duties of Warehouse Operative/Packer:
- Packing products in containers at the end of production
- Weighing and labelling product as to manufacturer specifications
- Always maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
- Following recipes and mixing ingredients
- Manually lifting ingredients into machinery.
General Requirements of Warehouse Operative/Packer:
- Good attention to detail and able to follow written instructions accurately.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Able to work on feet all day.
