On behalf of our prestigious and award-winning client based in the heart of the Cotswolds we are seeking an experienced Planning Director. We’re looking for someone with experience of strategy development at board level, someone who can deliver insights, tell a great story and come up with impressive creative briefs, along with excellent people management skills and a flair for numbers and interpreting data.
This challenging role will involve working closely with senior agency management, developing and leading strategy development across multiple clients and projects and working collaboratively with internal teams to develop award winning engagement programmes.
The ideal candidate will come with solid senior management experience from within a Planning role and will have worked on recognisable brands and managed large clients and significant accounts. As well as having a good head for interpreting complex data and being able to come up with insightful strategies you will also need to have a creative flair, the ability to come up with creative briefs and tell a great story with conviction and confidence. Our client will be looking for someone who can lead and influence with a positive attitude and plenty of energy.
