Description

 

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to various departments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with associates, managers, and leadership
  • Implement HR initiatives and offer guidance on their application
  • Align recruiting efforts with the company's needs and processes
  • Support performance management processes and facilitate annual performance appraisals
  • Promote a positive employee relations environment
  • Conduct investigations and resolve complaints through mediation when necessary
  • Offer HR operational advice on terms and conditions of employment
  • Assist with compensation and benefits processes
  • Support international associates by serving as their primary point of contact
  • Ensure consistent implementation and management of corporate and HR policies and initiatives

 



Candidate's Profile

  • Experience working as an HR manager in a small to mid-sized company, covering a wide range of responsibilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of new solutions and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese, with Japanese language skills at a native level or near-native level
  • Experience in hands-on work, actively contributing to the organisation's success
  • Proactive, experienced HR professional with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment within the Japanese automotive industry
