The Health, Safety and Environment Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing the Health and Safety Policy applicable to all employees within the organisation. The role includes direct interaction with all departments within COMPANY, and direct reporting to the COMPANY board on HSE matters.

The Health, Safety and Environment Specialist provides visible and active leadership in developing and maintaining a management culture which is supportive of health and safety practices. In addition, the role is responsible for ensuring that HSE policies are implemented through a working environment where potential work-related stressors are avoided, minimised or mitigated through HSE management practices and reporting measures.

The Health and Safety Specialist is also responsible for monitoring staff performance and providing continuous feedback and support to foster Department improvement efforts.
