Planning and Records Officer (BBBH15156) Manchester, England
On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Planning and Records Officer on a permanent basis. You will be reporting to the Head of Airworthiness to work in line with company and regulatory requirements to support the CAMO function of the company and help maintain airworthiness of contracted aircraft.

Location: Manchester- Potential Hybrid working available
Hours: Monday- Friday, 42 Hours per week.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- To receive/review/archive/dispatch technical records being delivered/dispatched
- To plan and issue work packages and tasks in line with company targets using aircraft records, company maintenance information system (MIS)
- Ensure maintenance work is executed to schedule by following good planning practice and monitoring task completion
- Collate, audit and update records of work performed and archive DFP’s
- Update work accomplished onto the MIS
- Attend daily meeting/call on planning/workload/priorities
- Liaising with the Maintenance Manager, Senior Planning / Records Officers and management for all needs and issues
- Provide support and expertise in answering internal, customer and authority queries/audits
- Collaborate with others when requested and necessary to aid Planning and Records requirements and targets
- Maintain good organisational and planning skills with the flexibility to adapt to operational priorities
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements
- Ensure that all company policies are adhered to, with particular emphasis on all mandatory and regulatory authority related items
- Report on work plan status for the engine bay
- Identify and suggest and implement new and improved practices and processes
- Manual handling of records and other items when requested in line with H&S
- Attend and participate in meetings as and when requested
- Attend and accomplish in-house training as and when requested
- Other suitable tasks that support the continued success of the company
