Forwarding Agent -Frankfurt (BBBH16172) Frankfurt, Germany
My client is looking for a Forwarding Agent to join their team based in Frankfurt. The role will require organizing transport for aircraft spare parts.
Role: Forwarding Agent
Salary: Upon application
Location: Frankfurt
Shift Pattern: 5 on 2 off - The shift model is as follows: Early Shift: 06-14:30, Middle Shift: 09:30- 18:00, Late Shift : 13:00- 21:30, Night Shift : 21:30- 06.00
Responsibilities:
- Organizing transport for aircraft spare parts
- Carrying out customs clearance including preparing the necessary documentation and testing
- Transport monitoring and identifying alternative solutions in AOG situations
- Communication with customers, partners and authorities
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Completed training in the logistics industry or other comparable commercial training, ideally an additional degree in the field of logistics
- Experience in sea and air freight export/import
- Innovative, positive and business-oriented thinking and acting
- Determination, high resilience and customer orientation
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Candidates must hold the rights to work in Germany.
