We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Back Office Sales Supervisor to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Supervisor and play a key part in supporting the sales operations. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and ensuring excellent aftersales customer service.

Hours: Full time (8:30am to 5:00pm), Monday to Friday
Nature and Scope:
- Manage and lead the Back Office team, overseeing day-to-day activities.
- Provide comprehensive training to team members to enhance performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing and acknowledgment of customer orders.
- Manage and maintain open order reports for transparency and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary liaison for customer communications, resolving inquiries and issues.
- Facilitate seamless after-sales support for customers.
- Drive AI integration into order processing for improved efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with other departments to align processes and improve workflow.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with order management and documentation.
- Oversee the management of order acknowledgments and tracking.
- Assist the Sales Supervisor with various tasks, projects, and issue resolution.
- Lead the training efforts to ensure the team is well-equipped to handle tasks efficiently.
- Spearhead the transition and development of the customer after-sales support function.

- Proven experience in managing and leading teams effectively.
- Proficient in intermediate to advanced Excel and IT applications.
