• Project Planning:Develop and maintain project plans, including time-lines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with team members and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and achievements.

Senior Project Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• 10-12 years experience in project management ideally within real estate development
• Proven experience leading complex projects from conception to completion
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree is a requirement, Master's Degree is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are highly desirable
