Your Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth estate operations. You’ll lead a team of Estate Services Operatives, overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair tasks. You’ll also handle team management duties, such as task allocation, record-keeping, and supervising staff to maintain high standards across the estate.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Prior cleaning experience within a housing or estate environment
• Previous supervisory experience
• Full UK driving license
