Stafforce are recruiting for a Demand Planning and Customer Service Support role at Sofina Foods (Youngs Seafood), based in Grimsby for maternity cover on a 39 weeks fixed term contract.
Hours; Monday- Friday 8.45am-5pm
Pay rate; £14.32 p/h
The role;
Key responsibilities for the Customer Demand Analyst role are below;
- deliver exceptional service to specific frozen retail customers
- Managing the timely and accurate processing of orders
- liaise with retailer supply chain contacts and internal business managers
- Primary daily point of contact for retailer supply chain contacts and internal business managers
- interpret customer intelligence to provide the best possible view of the short term future sales
- Support excellent service through proactive problem solving and by identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Interpret customer intelligence to provide the best possible view of short term future sales
- Forecast 13 week short term forecast on Sofco.
- Daily service reporting, Weekly service reporting and Monthly forecast meeting
- Review forecast accuracy and sales variance and take actions to improve
- Manage promotional activity planning , confirmations, phasing, conformance and performance to maximise the promotion.
Skills and Experience required;
- Analytical
- Microsoft advanced
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Work on own initiative and collaborate as a team
- Understanding of supply chains within an FMCG environment
- Maximise consistant customer service to 98.5%
- Maximise in store availability to 98.5%
- Improve forecast accuracy
