Junior GTM Manager (1303) Chertsey, England

Salary: GBP140 - GBP140 per day

What will this role achieve?

  • Support development of GTM (Go –To-Market) strategy for new smartphones, tablets & wearables with co-operation from the wider European business in the UK and Korea
  • Lead and monitor the progress of GTM execution on a regular basis
  • Monitor promotion activities for subsidiaries.

 

What will be your key deliverables?

  • Work closely with HQ and local Marketing teams to identify key requirements for building GTM plans
  • Support the development of go-to-market plans/strategy aligned with internal partners (HQ, Regional office) based on above key requirements
  • GTM includes development of sales, Retail, Investment, Marketing and B2B plans
  • Collate required data and align with subsidiaries on local plans
  • Provide analysis of local GTM execution looking at areas to improve and recommended next steps
  • Review locally developed marketing calendar content and campaigns. Ensure go to market messages are consistent, meaningful and effective.
  • Present findings & improvement areas to the wider team
  • Maintain competitiveness dashboard.

 

What do we need for this role?

  • Experience in Marketing /Marketing Communications.
  • Reasonable proficiency in English and Korean communication (spoken and written).
  • Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills for a broad across a broad range of teams including, subsidiaries, marketing and product management.
  • Strong analytical and presentation abilities
  • Experience building integrated go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Ability to think strategically, but also have outstanding attention to detail
  • Exceptional at partner management in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capability to resolve program efficiency, return on investment, etc.
