We are looking for a highly skilled Contentious Probate Senior Associate with at least 5 years of PQE to join our client's team in Reading. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, delivering top-notch legal services to clients. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of contentious probate matters, such as will disputes, claims under the Inheritance Act, and trust disputes. This will involve providing expert legal advice, conducting negotiations, representing clients in mediations and court proceedings, and actively contributing to the growth of the practice. Building strong client relationships and driving business development initiatives will also be vital aspects of the role.

Our client requires a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of PQE in contentious probate, coupled with a deep understanding of estate administration and inheritance law. Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, along with a proven track record of handling complex and high-value contentious probate cases. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service are also crucial.
