My client is an international Legal 500 firm. The firm have a leading and much respected residential development team and they are looking for a junior residential development individual to join their fantastic growing team in Southampton. You will be handling matters including:

• Conditional contracts
• Strategic options
• Promotion agreements
• Partnering agreements
• Consortium agreements and sale contracts,
• Complex regeneration partnering agreements,
