Job title: Corporate Solicitor

We are looking for a Corporate lawyer with 3-7 years of PQE to join our client's excellent L500 team in Reading. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, capital markets listings, IPOs, public company takeovers, joint ventures, group restructurings, and corporate advisory matters. You will be involved in challenging technical work from the start and receive the support needed to excel, along with the opportunity for flexible working.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-6 years of PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical expertise and commercial outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in business development and client relationship management
• Proactive and team-oriented
