Job title: Family Solicitor
Location: Guildford
Salary: £49,000-£55,000
PQE Level: 1-2 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

As a solicitor in this department, you will be supporting the Head of Family (in addition to your own workload) involving cases with high net worth individuals in divorce proceedings, family disputes, mediations, child arrangements and co-habitee disputes.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have 1-2 PQE of Family Law with the following desirable attributes:-

• Trained at commercial law firm or niche family firm
• Enthusiasm and motivation to get heavily involved with business development activities
• Motivation and desire to continuously develop own technical expertise
• Strong team player with willingness to support others
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, in writing, over the telephone, and in meetings
