This role offers the chance to work on a variety of corporate matters and high-value transactions in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate transactions (M&A, joint ventures, restructurings).
• Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance.
• Support M&A transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
• Collaborate across different practice areas and offices.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in corporate law.
• Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and technical skills.
• Commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving.
