Our Client is a leading London and South East based firm seeking to expand their property litigation offering. As a Legal 500 and chamber rated practice this firm has an outstanding reputation with clients.
As a valued member of this department you will have experience and be dealing with a wide range of property litigation including both commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes, rights of way, adverse possession and occupiers’ liability. You will also get the opportunity to work with senior individuals on complex development agreements,
The idea candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness and be able to add value to both clients and the wider team/business. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake good quality work and boost your property litigation career with a highly regarded practice.
