The firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to work on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions in their Southampton office. You will be handling M&A, equity funding, and corporate structuring for private companies and large businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience post qualification as a corporate lawyer at a great city or regional firm.  Strong academic achievements, initiative, drive, and excellent organizational skills are essential.  Your dedication will be rewarded with career advancement opportunities.
