We are currently in search of an experienced Corporate Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE to join our client's long standing team in Southampton. Our client firm operates as a full-service law firm, committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters professional growth and development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on various complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint ventures. Additionally, you will providing legal advice and support on corporate governance, compliance, and company law matters, as well as developing and nurturing lasting client relationships. Engaging in business development activities to contribute to the growth of the corporate practice is also a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE, possessing substantial experience in handling a diverse range of corporate transactions at a great city or regional firm. A strong grasp of technical skills and the ability to think on your feet are essential, along with proven capabilities to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Moreover, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required, coupled with a steadfast commitment to fostering diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace.
