I am assisting our leading Legal 500 client on expanding their corporate team with an associate hire. This is an ideal opportunity for a talented individual who may be finding progression opportunities limited where they currently are. As a part of the fantastic team you will be advising public and private companies, management teams, investors and debt providers on matters such as :

• M&A
• Management transactions
• Development funding
• Restructuring/Reorganisations

This role has come about due to an increase in instructions and would ideally suit someone with at least 3 years experience in a wide ranging corporate role.  A competitive market-rate salary is on offer along with an outstanding benefits package.
