We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Family Solicitor/Associate to join our amazing client in Winchester. As a Family lawyer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and guidance to a variety of clients.
In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of family and matrimonial cases, which includes handling divorce, child custody and financial settlement matters. You will offer expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their best interests are well-protected. This will involve conducting negotiations with opposing parties to reach favorable settlements and attending court hearings to represent clients in legal proceedings. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. It is important to keep abreast of changes in family law and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date legal advice.
To be successful in this position, you should be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2-3 years PQE in family and matrimonial law. Strong knowledge and experience in handling a range of family law matters are essential, as well as excellent negotiation and advocacy skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and efficiently, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to providing high-quality legal services with a client-focused approach is crucial.
