Our client is a leading firm with offices across the Southeast. All offices work very closely together, and the family department is close knit and collegiate. As a solicitor in this department, you will be supporting the team (in addition to your own workload) involving cases with high net worth individuals in divorce proceedings, family disputes and co-habitee disputes.
In order to be considered for this role, you will be newly qualified with the following desirable attributes:-
- Trained at commercial law firm or niche family firm
- Enthusiasm and motivation to get heavily involved with business development activities
- Motivation and desire to continuously develop own technical expertise
- Strong team player with willingness to support others
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, in writing, over the telephone, and in meetings
