Data Analyst
London / Hybrid - 3 days a week

This is a fast growing sustainability real estate investor in the UK & Europe.
Role Overview:
This is a role in a brand new data team, with potential expansion as the business evolves. As part of this team, you'll be in identifying problems and applying data manipulation and data visualisation skills to develop quantitative insights about customers and the business performance.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage the development of data resources, gather requirements, organize sources, and support product launches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate insights and reports, supporting business growth and stakeholder needs.
- Contribute to shaping and improving the data model and ETL processes, emphasising simplicity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven proficiency in database languages, specifically SQL and in visualisation tools including Power BI and Tableau with prior experience in application of these skills in a professional work environment.
- Strong numberical skills with an ability to manipulate data using statistical software such as R, SAS, or Pivot Tables Experience working with large financial and non-financial datasets, conducting data reconciliation, manipulation, visualisation and relevant product development
- Educational Background: A strong university degree in a technical field such as math, physics, computer science, or engineering.
- Willingness to dive into the complexities of business and data, resolving existing issues and enhancing data quality.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience with Python for data analysis. Familiarity with tools like Airflow, Postgres, and GCP is advantageous.
