The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a temporary Production Operative to work for our well established client in Wetherby (Thorp Arch Estate) to start on the 15th April 2024 for 8 weeks.
Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) - 30 minutes lunch break.
Pay Rate: £11.44ph
The right candidate will need to be strong and capable of heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced and physical role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual and automatic filling of cosmetic containers
- Labelling cosmetic containers
- Batch coding
- Building & filling cartons
- Quality control
- Batch sampling & labelling to GMP Regulations
- Cleaning down manufacturing / filling equipment & surfaces
- Regular raw material stock checks
- Additional duties as may be required from time to time
- Moving containers and boxes from pallets / shelves to production area (up to 25kg in weight)
Uniform & PPE:
- PPE must be worn at all times in the production areas which includes a Lab coat, hair net, gloves and safety boots (all provided by client).
Due to the location of this job, your own transport is essential.
