Laser Machine Operator / Setter Required!

BE Recruitment are recruiting a laser machine setter / operator for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7). 

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00. (Rotational). - Potential for Set PM shift if preferred.
• Overtime Available at weekends @ 1.5x Pay.

Pay: £14 - £16 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate laser machine efficiently and safely.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to accurately produce parts.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Production folding in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a laser machine setter.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
