BE Recruitment are recruiting a Trainee/Graduate Sales Executive.
Are you passionate about technology and sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? BE Recruitment are looking for a Trainee/Graduate Sales Executive. Working within a company distributing automatic motors to help drive their ambitious sales plans across the UK.
You will be working with a specialist team, dedicated to the specification and supply of rotary and linear motion products. Typically handling power outputs ranging from 1 watt to 5 kilowatts.
Day to day may include:
- Extensive training and support to develop your technical and sales skills provided
- Identify new potential customers and sales opportunities
- Achieve sales growth
- Develop existing customers.
- Establish new accounts

- Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
- Bonus Scheme: 20% bonus (eligible from 2025 onwards).

- Working Hours: Standard Hours 08:30 - 17:00 | Monday - Friday. (Flexibility required due to the nature of the position)
Requirements & Experience:
- Self-Starter: A proactive individual with a “can do” attitude.
- Technical Background Hold a technical qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics or IT is preferable
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Sales Experience: Preferably some experience in sales.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and related analytical tools.
