Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting’s client is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Lead /Manager for an exciting opportunity in Livermore (100% on site). This temporary role is designed to assist in supporting the Senior Specialist and the HCM project over the next several months. The position will operate at an individual contributor manager level, providing crucial backup for payroll and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with HRIS implementation.

Responsibilities

• Strong background with ADP, which is essential 
• Experience with Kronos and SAP systems is a plus
• Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and standards.
• Engage in an 8-12 months contract based on the project for HCM/HRIS implementation.
• Provide backup for payroll when the specialist is unavailable, assisting with daily needs.
• Bring experience in HRIS implementation as highly preferred expertise.

Benefits

Compensation for this role is competitive, with a pay range of $44.00 to $58.00 per hour.
