About the Facility: Our Aged Care facility is an integral part of the community, delivering a wide range of services to support our residents.

Position Overview: We are looking for two dedicated Registered Nurses with a minimum of one year’s experience. Candidates should be well-versed in the latest aged care standards and SIRS. Experience in leading a small team of Personal Care Workers (PCWs) is a plus. This role is set in a dynamic environment where community engagement is key. We offer on-site education and development opportunities to help you advance your skills and career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to residents
• Assess, monitor, and respond effectively to clinical situations
• Lead and mentor a team of PCWs
• Maintain knowledge of nursing competencies, principles, and practices

About You:

• Experience in aged care
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing competencies
• Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Police Clearance and NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current AHPRA registration
