Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance, repair and routine service of site processes, equipment and services
- Drive continuous improvement culture
- Recommend Capital investment projects to improve the site and production performance
- Flexible thinker- adapting in order to support production needs
- Support NPI process
Requirements
- HNC/HND
- Practical experience within supervisory role
- Knowledge of PLCs and Pneumatics
