My client is a popular registered Charity and looking for an experienced Business Support Specialist. An individual to provide crucial support for our business systems, with a particular focus on Unit4 Agresso Business World systems. You will assist the Business Systems Manager, contributing to the system's effectiveness and supporting users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide business systems support, including incident resolution and user administration.
• Support projects, upgrades, and enhancements related to our systems, including Unit4.
• Liaise with stakeholders regarding system requirements and improvements.

What We Need:

• Demonstrable understanding or experience with Unit4 Business World/Agresso ERP System.
• Experience in a responsive business systems support role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with HR/Payroll systems and SQL is beneficial.
