• Setting clear objectives & driving team performance
• Tackling key technical problems & guiding engineers
• Taking full ownership & accountability of the software & controls teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Embedded Software Engineering
• Experience leading a team as a manager, head of, director.
• Driven leadership style to grow the software and controls function
