Our client based on Baker Street is currently recruiting for an Internal Resourcing/Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy team for 9 months. There is a chance this role would go temp to perm for the right candidate.
For the first 3-4 months this role will be based in London, but the role may potentially move to their Reading office so they need someone who is open on a location change.
The resourcing team works in collaboration with the rest of the HR department to deliver end to end strategic and innovative resourcing solutions to attract top talent for the firm.
This role works specifically within the Non-Payroll Resourcing function, focusing on process, compliance, contracts and supporting the business in this area.
This role will work with the Senior Resourcing Project Manager to help support and guide key stakeholders through new processes and ensure that the firm is compliant with all relevant policies, regulations and legislation.
The Role
- Act as the first point of contact for all queries regarding non-payroll resourcing
- Managing the central inbox
- Ensure that all requests are actioned in a timely manner and that any escalations are followed up
- Organise and facilitate meetings internally and with suppliers, completing all relevant documentation and ensure that minutes are circulated
- Ensure that hiring managers receive regular and timely updates on the status of requested action
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and make recommendations for service improvement
- Actively champion the approach for firm wide and local initiatives, supporting on the design, implementation and evaluation of non-payroll resourcing projects
- Ensure everything is fully tracked and that the applicant tracking system (ATS) is fully utilised and kept up to date at all times
- Ensure all approvals and documents are stored centrally and are fully auditable at all times
- Reviewing adoption of new processes and how these can be rolled out, in partnership with the SRPM
- Provide coaching and support to hiring managers on vacancy creation and the recruitment process
- Proactively identify opportunities to offer initiatives for improvement
- Build on relationships with our key suppliers to keep up to date with market trends and changes – ensure supplier compliance
- Represent the Firm in external networking, recruitment and business events, with SPRM as appropriate
- Provide updates to the business where required and develop internal stakeholder relationships
- Provide support and guidance to other members of the Resourcing and HR function as appropriate
The Person
- Significant recruitment administration experience gained from either agency, or a combination of agency and in-house. Experience of working in a large, complex organisation - professional services or finance preferred
- If you have experience of non-payroll recruitment, this would be desirable
- Experience in dealing with and influencing a variety of stakeholders
- A problem solver who can set priorities, make high quality judgements and decisions quickly and effectively drive outcomes through to completion
- Previous experience of working with and developing the use of applicant tracking systems
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint).
- Good professional communication skills; written and verbal
- Focus on excellent client and candidate service
- Be an ambassador for the Resourcing team across the business, and actively seek to ensure it continues to address the required business needs
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
