TwoScots are partnering with a prominent, Australian grown, retail organisation based out of a inner suburbs of Melbourne. This organisation is seeking an Accounts Payable officer to join their team and demonstrate an aptitude for attention to detail at high volume.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• End-to-End Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage reconciliations, and prepare payment runs.
• High-Volume Processing: Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing a high volume of transactions.
• Inbox Management: Efficiently manage the Accounts Payable inbox and respond to queries.
• Month-End Support: Assist with month-end reporting and financial duties.
• Expense Reimbursement: Handle team expenses and reimbursements.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Contribute to general administrative and financial duties as needed.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.

• 2 years’ + local experience within a similar role 
• High volume end to end AP experiance will be highly regarded 
• Intermediate Excel Skils
• Experience with Oracle is desirable 
• Confidently communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work towards deadlines
• Keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment
