What You Will Be Doing:

• Providing thought leadership and advancing business analysis practices through industry engagement and advocating for leading-edge practices.
• Leading the development and maintenance of tools, policies, standards, and frameworks for business analysis.
• Designing and executing a BA Development Program, including tailored training and coaching for the BA community.
• Facilitating large-scale Inception and Discovery workshops to define project scope and requirements.

What Success Looks Like:

• Extensive experience in a Lead or Senior Business Analyst role with a strong technical background and proven delivery success in a BA environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex projects from conception through implementation.
• Deep knowledge and experience with agile, modern business analysis, and design methodologies.
• Strong Agile Business Analysis mindset with a focus on Lean-Agile principles and process optimization.
