The Low Down

This role empowers you to provide strategic leadership, guiding the technical direction of web and mobile app development. You'll partner with product teams to execute a tech roadmap that leverages AI/ML, ensuring that solutions meet high standards of quality, simplicity, and customer impact.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Defining and implementing the digital tech roadmap for mobile and web.
• Collaborating with senior leaders and securing advocacy for product innovations.
• Coaching and supporting your tech team to foster creativity and effective problem-solving.
• Driving data strategies that enable AI and machine learning.
• Ensuring solutions align with architecture, data standards, and modernization goals. 

What Success Looks Like:

• Proven experience in technical delivery leadership within an enterprise environment.
• Strong early career experience in DevOps, SecOps, or Engineering.
• Prior experince as a tech delivery lead whos role also focuses heavily on strategy. 
• Strong track record in leading teams to deliver superior web and mobile products.
• High proficiency in Agile methodologies.
