My client is a people management business made up of a team of 150 individuals. They have an exceptional track record of working in partnership with clients in the public and private sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with experience in either PPC or Paid Social to join their paid media team
The Job
As the Paid Media Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Support Manager in the day-to-day running of the PPC and Paid Social campaigns and liaise with the Client Delivery teams to provide best-in-class brief responses and media plans.
- Be responsible for end-to-end activation and optimisation of our paid media campaigns.
- Set-up, manage and optimise direct acquisition and brand awareness campaigns against a diverse range of KPI’s, ensuring performance targets are exceeded.
- Handle daily campaign maintenance, including troubleshooting, regular optimisations and handling internal queries.
- Proactively contributing to team meetings, team initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain strong relationships with publishers and technology partners while recommending and evaluating new opportunities for clients, ensuring innovation by researching and testing new tools and solutions.
You
For the role of Paid Media Specialist role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- High attention to detail and follow through.
- Experience in activating and managing paid media campaigns within a digital agency or client side at least 2 years.
- Technical tracking expertise (e.g., setting up tracking, QA, troubleshooting, etc.).
- Some experience in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a collaborative and willing to contribute to a positive work culture.
- Passion for and interest in all media and data with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Ifs, Sumi fs, Search, etc).
- Strong time management & organisational skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
- Ability to create and manage your own to-do list.
- Interest in consumer technology and music. Desire to learn and understand client's business.
