Trust in Soda is excited to partner with an innovative tech startup seeking a data-driven Growth Product Manager (Consultant) to join their team during a pivotal stage of expansion. In this role, you will play a key role in optimizing user acquisition, engagement, and retention, ultimately driving sustainable growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly product growth meetings, presenting critical metrics (downloads, conversions, KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement.
- Prioritize initiatives and experiments to optimize key metrics, focusing on data-driven insights and evidence-based decision making.
- Design and execute A/B tests on paywalls and within the CRM to identify strategies for increased conversions and user value.
- Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to improve app visibility and downloads.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a product management or growth hacking role (startup experience preferred).
- Proven track record of optimizing product metrics and driving user growth across multiple channels.
- Strong A/B testing and data analysis skills with experience in quantitative methods and data visualization.
Desired Tech Skills:
- Experience with product analytics platforms like Amplitude and Customer.io
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Purchasely
