Objectives of this role
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and recruitment needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with our sales team to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better up-sell and cross-sell to clients
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients and address their recruitment needs
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure we maintain high levels of satisfaction and fulfil all their requirements
- Meet regularly with clients to discuss progress and any future planned requirements
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organisation
- Identify up-sell, cross-sell, and communicate with the sales team regularly
- Do payroll for our workers making sure to keep to key deadlines
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience in a sales or customer account management position
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and receiving positive customer feedback
- Proficiency with CRM systems
