Objectives of this role

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and recruitment needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships 
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Work with our sales team to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better up-sell and cross-sell to clients

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries and requests from clients and address their recruitment needs
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure we maintain high levels of satisfaction and fulfil all their requirements
  • Meet regularly with clients to discuss progress and any future planned requirements
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organisation
  • Identify up-sell, cross-sell, and communicate with the sales team regularly
  • Do payroll for our workers making sure to keep to key deadlines

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience in a sales or customer account management position
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
