We are recruiting for a casual a Catering Assistant in a factory environment 

Own transport is essential due to the location

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday
• 7.30am to 14pm

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

• To prepare, cook and serve breakfast and lunch to factory staff
• To be responsible for hygiene and cleanliness within food preparation areas.
• To always operate in a safe manner, observing company health and safety and allergen policies and guidelines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Catering and Standards

• A food hygiene level 3 certifciate is essential
• Prepare and cook food and drink in a hygienic and safe manner, following assigned procedures at all times
• Be punctual with your time-keeping; operating a quick and efficient catering service without compromising on quality of the service delivered
• Ensure that catering preparation, service and storage areas are kept in a hygienic, clean, tidy and safe condition at all times
• Undertake training as necessary to maintain the requirements of the contract
