Our client is looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor with a background in machine repair and facilities to join a growing engineering team for a market leading company.

What you can expect in this role:

• Leading a team of Engineers to complete planned and preventative maintenance across the site’s machinery and facilities.
• Completing planned and preventative maintenance yourself, when needed.
• Day to day breakdown resolution.
• Creating Maintenance plans, and logging maintenance on a data base.
• A flexible work schedule.

What we need from you:

• Be an experienced multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of 4 years Industrial / Manufacturing / Facilities or related experience, NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent.
• Must have experience arranging sub-contractors to maintain the facility.
• Have previous experience in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Be able to support a team and work together to overcome challenges
• Be able to work under your own initiative
• Be willing to work overtime to cover spikes in production demand and holiday/sickness cover within the department.
• Be able to create PPM plans and lead a team to complete them.
