CMR is looking for a dedicated Rural Generalist to join a fast-growing and supportive company managing over 10 sites across the Wheatbelt and South West regions of WA. This full-time position in Narembeen offers a unique opportunity to provide essential healthcare services to a close-knit community while enjoying the perks of rural living.

The Role:

  • GP practice: 4 busy days per week.
  • On-call duties for the local hospital, with telehealth support, receiving approximately 3–4 calls per week.
  • At least 1 ED shift per week at nearby hospitals, with more shifts available.
  • Deliver vital healthcare services to a welcoming rural community.

Compensation:

  • 70% of billings from GP practice.
  • On-call allowance for hospital duties.
  • ED shifts paid up to $3,000 per day.
  • Grants available up to $50,000 per year.
  • Earning potential of up to $1,000,000 per year.
