A Dutch speaking IT Infrastructure Analyst is urgently required for an Exciting contract in Utrecht
The Dutch speaking IT Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for the following:
You will take responsibility for the physical and virtual server infrastructure of: the development, go live, management and maintenance of the physical and virtual servers for millions of our customers/end users:
-Specifying, configuring and implementing all VMWare/Hyper-V environments.
-Day-to-day support of the VMWare/Hyper-V based production and development server environments.
-Experience with the following programming language: PowerShell.
-Support of HP Hardware that is running in our data centres in The Netherlands
-Providing technical support to development & infrastructure projects.
-High technical skills regarding troubleshooting in virtualised environments.
-Maintaining full documentation of systems, fault resolutions, and incident investigations.
-Testing of new software releases, patches and upgrades.
-Liaising with other technical support teams (Windows, DBA, Storage, Network, Linux etc.)
-Liaising with development groups to ensure standards are adhered to.
-Establishing effective lines of communications.
The Dutch speaking IT Infrastructure Analyst will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant direction
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT engineering/day to day operational management
- Experience with the following programming language: PowerShell
- Certified in VMWare system building & System Administration
- Certified in Hyper-V system building & System Administration
- Troubleshooting skills on virtualised environments (VMWare/Hyper-V)
- HP Hardware skills
- Effective communication in both Dutch and English language (verbal and written)
- Not a 9-5 mentality
