SALES ADMINISTRATOR

We are recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to a join a high-quality steel door manufacturer on the outskirts of East Hull (HU12). This is a 9-12 month maternity cover contract, offering a salary of £28,000.

 

Shift pattern / Working hours

Full time

Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm & Friday 8am-3:30pm

 

Start date / Duration

The Sales Administrator role is a 9-12 month maternity cover contract that will commence with immediate effect. If you do have a notice period with your current employer we will work around that.

 

Job description

As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for a range of administration duties to support the office and sales team. Your duties will include;

·        Processing orders from customers received by email and telephone.

·        Respond to queries from customers via email and telephone.

·        Scanning dispatch and purchase paperwork ready for processing

·        Booking haulage for dispatches either through courier or pallet network.

The successful candidate:

To be considered for the position of Sales Administrator you must;

·        Have a driving license and your own car due to the location of the job.

·        Have experience speaking with customers over the telephone.

·        Have good computer literacy with experience working with office365, Outlook or equivalent email software.
