Roles and Responsibilities:

• As a Electronics team member, this role will involve the production of high quality electronic products from start to finish in the manufacturing process everything from programming, configuration, assembly, calibration and packing/final inspection always seeking to improve the  customers experience using Lean manufacturing.
• Becoming a Lean thinker using tools like 3s, Kanban, FWBY (fix what bugs you) and adopting 2SL (2 second Lean)
• Work with your team members, Team leaders, and Manager to try and continuously improve processes with the tools provided.
• Host small Team meetings
• Creation and updating of standard work to ensure robust processes are in place.
• Work part of a team who deliver high quality parts on time for a great customer experience.

Requirements

• Electronics experience needed
• Ideally 5 years’ experience in a similar role within Manufacturing Environment
• Basic understanding of ATEX standards within Manufacturing
• Strong Soldering Skills
