My client are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Team Leader to join their fast-paced and innovative production team. A family ran business, this company is in a very secure position with recently opened new site bolstering the businesses outlook. As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our manufacturing processes while leading and inspiring a team of skilled operators.
Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians to achieve production goals and quality standards
- Assist in training new team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality control
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Experience within manufacturing
- Flexibility to work shifts
