A world renowned manufacturing group is currently looking to take on a Warehouse Team Leader.  This is the opportunity to work a global business and take up a key function of the supply chain. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the warehouse operation, ensuring staff are fully aware of, organised and competent to achieve required targets.
• Ensure that the warehouse is well organised, with high standards of housekeeping.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve the operation, enabling staff to contribute to continuous improvement.
• Actively manage our staff attendance, with a fair and rigorous approach to dealing with attendance issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience of working in a team leaders or supervisory warehouse role.
• Good understanding of MRP systems, preferably SAP.
• Previous experience of managing and motivating people.
• LEAN manufacturing experience.
