A global manufacturing business based in Caerphilly County are looking to take on Manufacturing Manager. This is a position which will be well suited to a senior management professional who has experience working in the manufacturing sector working on a variety of different projects and manufacturing processes. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the manufacturing area including production, health and safety, PPE, quality.
• To manage the capabilities of all direct report team members.
• Responsible for 6s related activities within production areas.

Requirements

• Experience in the automotive sector is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a high level management role overlooking production.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Health and safety, People development
