The business have rapidly expanded over the last few years and looking to add to their sales team with the addition of a Telesales Representative. The role will come with full training on their products and services.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • To contact existing and potential customers through tele-sales activity and record activity
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed – setting appointments as required
  • Enter and update customer information
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Continuous improvement on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of campaigns
  • Measured success to be monitored with delivery against impact – daily, weekly and monthly Reporting

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
